What we process and why
- Server logs. Our host, Hostinger, keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to run and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and operation.
- Analytics, only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which guides are read and which course links are clicked. It runs only after you accept statistics cookies in the consent banner. We use Google Consent Mode, so without consent no analytics cookies are set. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie settings link.
- Affiliate links. Links under devbundl.com/go/ redirect you to the course platform. We record that the redirect happened, without identifying you. The platform or its affiliate network may then set its own cookies on its own site. See our affiliate disclosure.
- Email. If you write to us, we use your message only to reply.
We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising on this site.
Recipients and transfers
Hostinger (hosting), Google (analytics, if you consent). Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep data
Analytics data: 14 months. Server logs: as set by the host, usually a few weeks. Emails: as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@devbundl.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
